Jennifer Lopez apparently informed Ben Affleck that he was becoming a social media meme for his “miserable” appearance at the Grammys 2023 on Sunday.
A seat filler for the 65th annual award event said that she “sat next to Ben Affleck” throughout a section of the evening when she spotted Jennifer Lopez, 53, pointing out to her husband’s unimpressed facial expressions to the audience.
“JLo showed Ben Affleck her phone and said, ‘Oh my God, honey, look at this meme that’s going around about you!’” And he exclaimed, “Oh my God, this again!” During the act, he was aware that he was a meme, influencer @almostannna stated in a Wednesday TikTok video.
She added, “Like, he knew, and he chose not to alter his expression.” “I adore how carefree that is. So, I know that she was on her phone when she saw it and said, “Honey, this is so funny, look!” And he said, “Jesus Christ!”
The TikToker said that the 50-year-old “Argo” actor “didn’t look happy” to be there, but he and the “On the Floor” singer were still “cute and s–t.”
She gushed, “They were so in love that their hands were constantly intertwined.” “I don’t know how to explain it, but they were simply that. So, it wasn’t like, “Oh my God, this is going to result in a divorce” — they were adorable.
She concluded her video with a “silly” story about when the couple was leaving and Affleck allegedly pushed up Lopez’s dress too much while Lopez exclaimed “Honey!”
The actor from “Good Will Hunting” and the woman from “Hustlers” became a major topic of talk after she was captured on camera saying various things to him while he remained stoic.
Judi James, a body language specialist, told Page Six that Lopez was once observed having a “knee-jerk” reaction to what Affleck murmured in her ear.
Viewers immediately questioned why Affleck appeared “misery” with his wife.
James told us that “her head jerked around as if she was shocked by what he said” “One of her hands appeared to grasp her own knee while the other grasped Ben’s leg in a control gesture. As she speaks, she appears to tap her chest with the back of her palm, which looks more like a reprimanding than a passionate motion.”
A lip reader reportedly reported to the Daily Mail that Lopez instructed her husband to “stop” and to “look friendlier and more motivated.”
Lopez stated that she had the “best time” with her boyfriend despite the rumors.
