A hotel visitor from hell left a £48,000 damage scene in his room and was discovered nude in the shower after his rampage.
Michael Turner, 52, wrecked his beach hotel room before flooding it by leaving the shower running.
Guests raised the alarm when they noticed water spilling from the ceiling after he left the shower running.
The court heard that Turner was discovered nude in the shower at the Heritage Hotel in Porthcawl, South Wales, by owner Dale Smith.

Dale Smith, the hotel’s proprietor, discovered Turner undressed in the shower after his violent outburst.
Prosecutor Andrew Kendal stated that when Mr. Smith and his mother arrived at the crime scene, the room was “totally wrecked.”
The court heard there was extensive damage to the walls, carpets, and electrics, as well as shattered glass on the floor from the shower.
Turner, who was under the influence of narcotics, was detained but claimed responsibility, claiming the room was in “excellent condition” the night before.
The court heard that he afterwards claimed he “can’t recall” committing the crime on October 7, 2017.
When several visitors reported water seeping from the ceiling after he left the shower running, the alarm was raised.
Prosecutor Andrew Kendal stated that when Mr. Smith and his mother arrived at the crime scene, the room was “totally wrecked.”
Turner pled guilty to criminal damage after causing over £48,000 in damages.
Defending Andrew Taylor stated that Turner had a lengthy history of substance abuse and was acting “erratic and odd” at the time.
Mr. Taylor stated, “He has informed me that he needs to begin rebuilding his life.”
Judge David Wynn Morgan stated, “You were addicted to Class A drugs and committed the crime while under the influence of controlled substances.”
Turner was given a total jail term of 14 and a half months.
