Vladimir Putin expresses sympathy for Britain’s ‘irreparable tragedy’

Following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, tributes have flooded in from around the globe. Russian tyrant Vladimir Putin has also expressed his sympathies.

Putin sent a telegraph to King Charles III in the midst of his deadly and savage war against Ukraine, which has brought relations between Russia and Britain to an all-time low.

The Russian dictator wrote, “The most significant events in modern British history are intimately associated with the name of Her Majesty.”Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has extended his condolences on the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. Elizabeth II had the love and respect of her subjects, as well as authority on the international scene, for many decades.

In the face of this heavy, irreparable loss, I wish you fortitude and persistence. Please send my profound condolences and support to the members of the royal family and the entire population of the United Kingdom.Pictured: Britain's Queen Elizabeth II stands alongside Russia's President Putin, left, before a state banquet at Buckingham Palace in London Tuesday June 24, 2003

The condolences come after the Queen appeared to have subtly assessed Putin on a 2003 state visit to the United Kingdom, the first by a Russian leader since the time of Queen Victoria, when Alexander II visited in 1874.

Vladimir Putin, the ruler of Russia, has expressed his sympathies on the loss of Queen Elizabeth II. On June 24, 2003, royal guards escorted a carriage conveying Queen Elizabeth II and Russian President Vladimir Putin to Buckingham Palace in downtown London, Britain.

Under Tony Blair’s Labour government, the guiding dog of former Home Secretary David Blunkett reacted negatively to the presence of the Russian president.

Mr. Blunkett told the BBC, “The only time I saw Vladimir Putin was during an official visit in 2003, during which time my dog barked very loudly.”

“I did apologize to the Queen, who was clearly the host. I don’t believe I revealed any information when I apologized for the dog’s barking.

She stated, “Dogs possess fascinating intuition, don’t they?”

Putin, infamous for his tardiness, held the Queen waiting for fourteen minutes before to their meeting.

In June 2014, the Queen and Putin were scheduled to meet again in France during a D-Day remembrance ceremony.

The episode occurred just months after Charles allegedly made a clairvoyant comparison between Putin’s regime and that of Nazi Germany, which appeared to significantly sour ties.

In spite of their leader’s animosity towards Her Majesty, however, ordinary Russians have started leaving floral tributes outside the British embassy in Moscow.

The Queen visited the Russian capital in 1994 at the invitation of Boris Yeltsin following the dissolution of the Soviet Union, before to the rise of Vladimir Putin.

Both countries were eager to enhance bilateral relations, and no points of disagreement had yet to germinate during the visit.

When the Queen and Prince Phillip landed, they were brought to the Kremlin, where Yeltsin and his wife Naina received them.

The Royal couple was also treated to a special Bolshoi Ballet performance.

The Queen ascended to the throne during the closing days of Josef Stalin’s authority and witnessed the departure of eleven Russian and Soviet leaders during her reign.

Similarly, she witnessed fourteen US presidents leave office during her reign. With the exception President Lyndon B. Johnson, she met them all personally.

Putin’s archrival, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, expressed his condolences earlier today.

He remarked on Twitter, “It is with profound grief that we learned of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.”

It is an uncommon occurrence for the two opposing leaders to join. After six months of Russian offensives, it appears that the initiative has finally shifted to the Ukrainian side on the battlefield.

Ten days ago, a counteroffensive was started in the Kherson region, which alarmed the Russians but appeared to be advancing slowly.

Now, through the fog of war, it appears that this may have been a ploy by Ukrainian generals to distract Russian troops and trick them into massing their forces in a difficult-to-resupply location.

As a result of HIMARS strikes that destroyed the city’s key bridges, some of Putin’s finest soldiers are now essentially stuck in the city, harassed by Ukrainian artillery and unable to cross the Dnieper River without difficulty.

These deft maneuvers allowed Ukraine’s leaders to lure Russian forces towards the country’s south before trapping them down around the city of Kherson.

According to reports, a spectacular Ukrainian onslaught near Kharkiv in the east has smashed through thin Russian defenses and is leading a breakout in a battle that had been static and attritional.

These soldiers are currently advancing fast, endangering major supply routes into Donbas.

Dr. Mike Martin, a former British army officer who is now a professor at King’s College, stated yesterday on Twitter, “If [Ukraine] pulls that off, it’s serious rout time.”

Putin is once again confronted with an ugly defeat. If his forces are forced to retreat from Kherson and cease their offensive in Donbas, it will be difficult for Putin to portray the invasion as a success.

Meanwhile, Ukraine is celebrating its achievements. According to a commander who spoke out today, troops have already reclaimed a total of 270 square kilometers of terrain on both fronts, which is a significant accomplishment despite the fact that victory is still a long way off.
