Vehicle ran over a 1-year-old in a Leeds driveway


Last night in Leeds, a one-year-old infant was killed after being run over by a vehicle on a driveway.

According to reports, the father was spotted exiting the house cradling the lifeless child in his arms.

The heartbroken guy was heard by onlookers confessing, “I murdered my kid.” She just raced out ahead of me. I did not see her, according to The Sun.

Following a complaint of a young kid being struck by a vehicle outside a property on Friday night around 8.10 p.m., West Yorkshire Police were called to Coupland Road.

The one-year-old daughter was rushed to the hospital when emergency personnel arrived on the scene.

She sadly passed away from her injuries in the hospital.

Social media was used by witnesses to the fatal Coupland Road tragedy to communicate what they had witnessed.

The text on one said, “I just left a horrifying sight on a block of brand-new homes.

“A female was sobbing.” A dad was cradling a dead infant in his arms, as I saw.

He was expressing, “My kid was murdered. She sprinted out ahead of me. I missed her “.

Everyone around them. I was really devastated when I realised what had occurred.

The Major Collision and Enquiry Team is still conducting its investigation, and specialised officials are helping the family.

According to West Yorkshire Police, officers responded to a complaint that a one-year-old infant had suffered significant injuries in a collision with a vehicle on a driveway at a property on Coupland Road in Leeds at about 8:10 p.m. on Friday, September 16.

A tiny female toddler was brought to the hospital by emergency services once they arrived on the scene.

Sadly, the little girl suffered injuries and passed away soon after. The Major Collision and Enquiry Team’s investigations are still proceeding today, and specialised officials are trying to help the family through this obviously difficult time.
