US President to visit Saudi Arabia on July 15-16, 2022: Royal Court

RIYADH, 14th June, 2022 (WAM) — President Joseph R. Biden of the United States of America will pay an official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on July 15-16, 2022, at the invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

”Upon the invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to enhance the bilateral historic relations and strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and The United States of America, and reflecting the shared desire to develop the partnership in all fields, President Joseph R. Biden, President of the United States of America will be conducting an official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on July 15-16, 2022, according to a statement by the Saudi Royal Court, carried by Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

During the visit, President Biden will meet with King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister, to discuss areas of bilateral cooperation as well as joint efforts to address regional and global challenges.

On the second day of the visit, July 16, 2022, President Biden will attend a joint summit, convened by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques with the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council, His Majesty the King of Jordan, the President of Egypt, and the Prime Minister of Iraq.
