Unsettling camera evidence shows the horrifying assault of a serial sex offender on a defenceless woman in Manhattan

Unsettling camera evidence shows the horrifying assault of a serial sex offender on a defenceless woman in Manhattan, an hour after it is claimed he raped another woman nearby.

The New York Police Department published a video of the surveillance that showed the predator riding an e-bike after his victim as she crossed a street on July 6 at roughly 5 a.m. ET.

A short while later, near Avenue A and East Fourth Street, the man was spotted chasing the woman under what looked to be a row of scaffolding, before seizing her from behind and bringing her to the ground.

The man allegedly threatened to stab his victim if she didn’t engage in oral sex with him and then forced her to do so before speeding off on his e-bike, according to the police.

After the event, the 28-year-old victim was sent to the hospital for a medical checkup after experiencing both the sexual assault and abrasions from the struggle.

The same predator is believed to have attacked a 23-year-old woman similarly at 4 a.m. ET on Central Park West and West 82nd Street, snatching her from behind and pinning her down in a startlingly identical manner.

Police claim that she was also sexually attacked and that she was afterwards taken to the hospital to have the same medical examinations and treatment for abrasions, but they withheld further information about the incident.

The disturbing video of the July 6 attack was posted on social media over the weekend by NYPD, just as the Big Apple saw a bloody night with 11 shootings and stabbings occurring in only six hours on Sunday night.

It happened soon after NYC Mayor Eric Adams promised to “turn this crime problem around” in front of the city’s residents.

A 16-year-old was shot in the head during a street altercation; a 74-year-old woman was shot in the stomach while seated on a park bench; and a 52-year-old man was stabbed to death by his own brother. The violence spanned all five boroughs of New York City.

At a time when many New Yorkers are becoming more alarmed by rising crime rates, the bloody night broke out.

Even though there have been fewer murders and shootings this year so far than at this time last year, serious crime as a whole has climbed by more than 30% since 2021, according to NYPD figures.

NYC Mayor Adams, who ran his election campaign on a pledge to crackdown on violent crime in the city, claimed that a criminal-justice system-run-amok is to blame for the bloodshed in the Big Apple just hours before the weekend crime rampage began.

He remarked, “It is regrettable the environment we operate in… where the entire criminal justice system has turned its back on the public and the public’s rights to live safely in their city.”

“We removed over 3,800 firearms from the streets, and many of the individuals who had been in possession of those firearms were able to re-enter the streets.”

We are seeing fewer gunshots and homicides, but more importantly, there have been fewer robberies and break-ins, he stated.

People will be able to clearly observe the gains we’ve done in other parts of the city if we turn this crime issue around, he continued.

However, the violence started shortly after his Sunday radio interview.

Near Jamaica Avenue and Queens Boulevard around 6.30 p.m., Oscar Gutierrez, 52, was fatally stabbed by his own brother.

Police reported that after an argument between the two, the suspect repeatedly stabbed and slashed his brother in the chest in a hallway on the second level.

After being taken to the hospital urgently, Gutierrez was later declared deceased.

According to the New York Daily News, Gutierrez resided in the building where he was killed, and as of Sunday night, police were still looking for the suspect.

Six minutes later, at 6:36 p.m., a 74-year-old woman was shot in the stomach while she was sitting on a bench outside the Louis Heaton Pink Houses in Brooklyn.

According to authorities, the woman heard gunfire while sitting in the courtyard of the houses before feeling a bullet puncture her stomach.

She was taken urgently to Brookdale Hospital, where her status was described as stable.

She is said to have been an innocent bystander when she was hit.

Staten Island, 7 p.m.: A woman was shot just 30 minutes later on Staten Island.

On Sunday evening, she entered Richmond University Medical Center by herself.

8 p.m., Queens: A man was stabbed in Queen’s Flushing Meadows Corona Park an hour later at 8 p.m., according to police. His state wasn’t disclosed.

8.24 p.m., Brooklyn: Shortly after, a brawl that started near the Rockaway Avenue subway station resulted in the shooting of four persons in Brownsville, according to the police.

One of the participants in the fight started shooting, hitting a 16-year-old boy in the head and another man in the stomach.

Two other people were shot in the graze.

The teenager was taken urgently to Maimonides Medical Center, where he is reportedly in severe condition.

8.45 p.m., The Bronx: Gunfire struck a 22-year-old lady as she was walking her dog near Bristow Street and Jennings Street. This incident added to the city’s overall violence.

Despite being struck in the leg, the woman is not expected to pass away.

She noticed a white automobile travelling north on Jennings, according to PIX11, and the passing car may have fired the shot.

9 p.m., The Bronx: A few blocks away and minutes later, a shooting on Southern Boulevard injured a 46-year-old mother and her 13-year-old daughter, according to police.

When two males started fighting outside, the couple was inside a convenience shop.

Then someone started firing, sending bullets pouring through the store’s windows and striking the woman and her daughter.

According to the police, the mother was grazed in the chest while the teenage daughter was struck in the hand. Officials claim that neither had injuries that were life-threatening.

11 p.m., Harlem: A 34-year-old man was shot and killed in Harlem on Sunday night at Malcolm X Boulevard and 115th Street in what authorities suspect to have been a hang-related incident, according to the New York Post.

11:15 p.m., Brooklyn: On New York Avenue in Brooklyn’s Little Haiti, another guy was shot. He received a leg blow.

Harlem, 11.30 p.m.

In Harlem, a second man was shot. It is unknown how he is doing.

Manhattan, 12.20 a.m.: The eleventh incident of the night occurred around 12.20 a.m. on Monday, close to West 22nd Street and Sixth Avenue.

The attacker drove away from the scene in a white SUV. The New York Post said that after being shot, the victim was conscious and alert.

According to the most recent data from the NYPD, killings and gunshots decreased by 24.2 percent and 31.6 percent, respectively, between June 2022 and June 2021.

Mayor Adams did admit to WBLS that more has to be done to curb “predatory crimes,” which include crimes like robberies and burglaries.

Data shows that overall crime in New York City has increased by 37.66%.

“Public safety and fairness are essential for development,” remarked Adams. You cannot really prosper if you are not safe.

Public safety is very important. The room has lost all of its air due to crime.
