A fatal accident occurred on Monday in Quintã, a coastal Portuguese town. A British woman and an Italian man were riding a motorbike that collided with another vehicle. Sadly, the woman died, and the man was seriously injured.

The news of this accident comes on the heels of another tragic incident involving a British citizen. A 69-year-old cyclist was killed in a hit-and-run in Turre, a municipality in southeast Spain.
The cyclist was hit by a vehicle while riding on a road near a local fire station. Despite efforts to save his life at the scene, he died from his injuries.
A 66-year-old man, who is said to live in the area, was arrested shortly after the incident. He appeared in court on suspicion of manslaughter and failing to stop at the scene of an accident. He has been released on bail, and the investigation is ongoing.
