Early filing
The directors are in charge of filing the company’s accounts. If you don’t present your accounts on time, you risk getting in trouble, paying a fee, or losing your job.
Before your deadline, submit your online. To let you know that we’ve received your accounts, we’ll send you an email. Once your accounts have been registered, we’ll send you another email.

Even if your firm is inactive, you must still submit accounts.
Online filing
Our online services are accessible around-the-clock, every day of the week, and there are built-in checks to assist you prevent errors.
You can ensure your accounts were sent on time in as little as 15 minutes from beginning to end.
You’ll need your business authentication code in order to file online. You should wait up to 5 days for a new code to arrive at the registered office of the firm if you need to request one.
Decrease rejections
If your firm is unable to file electronically, you should only provide paper accounts. Paper-filed accounts need human verification. They may take over a week to process, and we can only check them during office hours.
If you must submit your accounts on paper, send them to us well in advance of the due date. If your accounts are refused, you will have plenty of opportunity to make the necessary changes and resubmit them. Additionally, you have to think about choosing assured next-day delivery and keep track of any circumstances that can make it challenging for a carrier to arrive on time. We are unable to use postal delays as a defense against a late filing fine.
