The test-heavy Bulls gather their A-team for their European trip

The Bulls have unveiled their 31-man travelling team for their upcoming two-match European tour against Lyon and Scarlets.

The Bulls’ touring squad of of eleven Springboks, including four Test forwards and seven Test backs. Ruan Nortje, a lock, will captain the team.

Additionally, the Bulls announce a new high-profile signing.

On Friday, 20 January, the Bulls will face French side Lyon in a Champions Cup match at the Matmut Stadium de Gerland before traveling to Llanelli, Wales, on Friday, 27 January for a United Rugby Championship match against the Scarlets.

Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at OR Tambo International Airport, the squad will depart. This Bulls squad is currently ranked third in the URC standings, behind the Stormers and Leinster. They are also attempting to secure a position in the quarterfinals of the Champions Cup.

Additionally, Bulls head coach Jake White exits the hospital after a health scare.
