In connection with a shooting over the weekend that left one Dutch soldier dead and two injured, Indianapolis police detained a guy on Tuesday.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Shamar Duncan, 22, of Indianapolis, was detained on a preliminary murder allegation.
