The male Norfolk Police officer, who has not been named, was caught on camera kicking the teen in her waist in Norwich on September 26. Norfolk Police confirmed he got a final written warning

After being seen on camera “kicking” a 15-year-old girl, a police officer avoided being fired and was only given a written warning.

The kid was kicked in the waist in Norwich on September 26 by a male Norfolk Police officer who has not been identified.

The officer has been issued a final written warning for misbehavior, according to Norfolk Police.

The event was first reported to the Independent Office of Police Conduct by the police, but Norfolk Police took it back for internal assessment.

The encounter was captured on camera outside the City of Spice Indian restaurant, and it starts with another male cop attempting to apprehend a woman.

She was seen screaming at the police and yelling, “I’ll land on top of you, yeah,” before rolling him to the ground.

A second can was delivered, and a female cop helped a male officer stop the girl on the ground, according to the Metro.

A minute later, the male cop in question is seen rushing to the scene and giving another girl, who is thought to be 15 years old, a “huge flying kick.”

As he executed the tremendous kick that drove her flying into the scaffolding and then down to the ground, he yelled “move back.”

As the police handcuffs the girl, she screams and begs him not to place his knee on her belly.

The incident was captured on camera by Dexter Hanna, 41, who stated in September that the officer “didn’t ask any questions” before kicking the teen.

He is heard warning the officers in the video, “You might break her neck if you keep doing that.”

But when he recorded the episode, he said that the girls were “trying to impress me.”

One police officer was present, and Dexter claimed that while he was attempting to restrain her, he was trying to be cordial.

‘When I started recording, she started to put on more of a performance.

They were intimidating the police and on the verge of hitting him.

When the other one arrived, he “simply gave a massive flying kick” without asking any questions.

The officer in question received a final written warning for misbehavior following an investigation by our Professional Standards Department, according to a Norfolk Police official.
