Oh, how expensive!

Hilary Duff posted her family’s humorous holiday card, which depicted her and her husband Matthew Koma being held captive by their children while enjoying holiday delicacies.

“Joyful holidays. “Nothing is tranquil,” read the epic card in her Instagram photo on Wednesday.

In their Christmas photograph, Duff and Koma can be seen with their lips taped shut as her 10-year-old eldest son Luca ties them to their chairs with Christmas lights so they cannot escape.

Meanwhile, Koma and Duff’s children, Banks, 4, and Mae, 1, sit on the floor in front of their immobile parents, smiling gleefully.

Little Banks was particularly wicked while wielding a roll of tape while Mae enjoyed a celebratory cupcake.

“A Duff, three Bairs, and a Comrie,” the card atop the dramatic photograph reads.

The actress shares Luca with her ex-husband, Mike Comrie, and gave birth to Banks and Mae with Matthew Bair, whose actual name is Koma.

Several friends and fans of the “Younger” star flooded the comments section with praise for the “epic” card.

“This is the ideal Christmas card. So inventive, wrote one fan.

“What must I do to be added to this mailing list?” asked a second individual.

“OMG, this is incredible!” exclaimed a third person.

Not me, I thought this was a Christmas album cover, said another.

“hands down, finest card i’ve ever seen!” one added

The 35-year-old former “Lizzie McGuire” star did not begin her holiday celebrations on Wednesday. In addition, she marked her three-year wedding anniversary with 35-year-old Koma.

“Matthew. I adore you so much. Happy three years! “I don’t know whether you understood what you were getting into or that you wouldn’t sleep or sit down for the next 5-10 years, but I think you’re quite happy about it,” she wrote with a photo from their wedding day in a lovely message. “Our life is so jam-packed, and I’m incredibly grateful for the man I got to experience all this chaos with.”

Koma also commemorated their love by posting a lengthy love letter to his wife on his own social media.

“We decimated 3 years.”

Whoever claims that marriage is simple has either never been married or is on a little excessive microdose of rage. But the best part is the job. “The beauty is in going deeper with someone than you’ve ever gone before and navigating an invisible map that only the two of you can traverse,” he wrote on Wednesday on Instagram. “Difficulties make great things even greater. Thank you for your love, ba. I realize that is not always simple.”

He said, “Thank you for listening to every variation of Springsteen’s “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town” during the holiday season and pretending to understand what I mean when I yell “Clarity!” Thank you for allowing me store 6 beverages on my nightstand. Thank you for traveling internationally with me to see Dawes. Thank you for caring for our three adorable yet emotionally fragile children. Thank you for being so sizzling and allowing me to touch your body. It’s just awful.

He also made light of Duff’s decision to leave him for Harry Styles, saying, “I’ll absolutely understand, and I hope our children get his fashion sense and that he enjoys going to bed at 6 o’clock as much as you do. You are not permitted to view images of Matt Healy.”

Duff and the musician wed in December 2019 after dating intermittently for several years.
