Last month, renowned South Carolina cheerleading instructor Scott Foster shot himself in the head and committed himself.

A complaint filed on Thursday alleges that Foster sexually assaulted more than 100 male and female athletes around the nation.

He allegedly permitted others of his staff to do the same.

Foster is accused of sexting minors, supplying them with drugs, and forcing them to engage in sexual activity in an apartment he rented and named “Rockstar home.”

In 2007, Foster and his ex-wife co-founded the cheerleading facility; she is also listed as a defendant in the explosive lawsuit.

A well-known South Carolina cheerleading coach committed himself after realizing he was under investigation for sexually assaulting male and female cheerleaders under the age of 18.

Scott Foster’s estate is now facing a civil action over the same claims, with his divorced wife Kathy and his firm Rockstar Cheer listed as defendants. The Fosters have two children: a girl and a boy.

Foster, 49, was found dead in his vehicle at Paris Mountain State Park, Greenville, South Carolina, on August 22. The Greenville County Coroner ruled that he committed suicide by shooting himself in the head.

He had just learned that the Department of Homeland Security had initiated a criminal investigation into allegations that he had trafficked minors over state borders for sexual abuse – a penalty that carries a sentence of 10 years to life in prison.

Foster is accused of sexually assaulting male and female cheerleaders underage.

Foster and his ex-wife, Kathy Foster, have two girls and a son together. The lengthy complaint names Kathy and outlines the years of abuse that occurred at Rockstar Cheer.

Foster has been accused of a variety of heinous crimes involving kids, including mailing an underage cheerleader nude photographs of himself, as well as supplying her with alcohol and pressuring her to commit sexual activities, including penetrative and oral sex.

He is accused of forcibly kissing a female cheerleader in a hotel stairwell and supplying booze and drugs to underage females at an apartment used by his employees to lodge and party with young athletes.

He is also accused of many attacks on teenage male cheerleaders and at least two instances of sexual coercion.

One minor alleges in the complaint that he was treated to frequent ‘inappropriate and disgusting remarks’ from male trainers ‘nearly immediately’ after attending the ‘Rockstar Cheer’ facility. The then-16-year-old was reportedly coerced into emailing two Rockstar instructors explicit images of himself.

Prior to his passing, charges against Foster started to emerge.

Foster, from Greenville, South Carolina, is accused of supplying young boys and girls with booze and narcotics and coercing them to engage in sexual activities. One case reveals his pressuring of a minor girl to take nude Snapchat photos.

Scott and Kathy co-founded Rockstar Cheer in 2007 after their 2001 marriage. Kathy, who is also a cheerleading instructor, said that she is concentrating on her children and helping them cope with the death of their father. She claims that she and Scott divorced before to his death.

The Fosters were reportedly aware of some of their employees’ improper activities at ‘Rockstar House’

The case, which was filed in the District of South Carolina in Greenville, exposes the sexual exploitation and abuse allegations made by four Jane Does and two John Does against Foster. The action was filed on behalf of 95 Jane Does in addition to the suit filed on Tuesday on behalf of another claimed victim.

The first lawsuit alleges that Foster exploited children physically, sexually, and emotionally by using his power and position of trust to compel them into complying with his sexual ideas.

Foster reportedly sexted kids over SnapChat, which resulted in a number of sexual encounters both at Foster’s house and at hotels around the country when cheerleading teams traveled to compete.

According to the Daily Beast, in addition to sexually abusing youngsters, Foster and some of his employees reportedly used narcotics with his players at an apartment he paid for and named ‘Rockstar home.’

At least one further ‘Rockstar’ instructor has been accused of rape, and the Fosters apparently knew about it.

Foster, his ex-wife Kathy Foster, the U.S. All Star Federation, Charlesbank Capital Partners, Bain Capital, Rockstar Cheer & Dance, and others are named as defendants in a lawsuit filed on Thursday.

Bill Seely, the president of Varsity All Star, released a statement earlier this week expressing his organization’s’sympathy’ for the community and victims. The group is formed of competitive cheerleading-related companies and talent and has a long-standing partnership with Rockstar Cheer.

“It is heartbreaking to hear these charges, and our hearts are shattered along with yours.” We recognize that these incidents are creating worry and prompting inquiries. Scott Foster is accused of disgusting predatory criminal behavior,’ he said.

Kathy Foster told the Beast that she is “heartbroken” by the latest claims made by past and present athletes from Rockstar Cheer and other cheer academies in our region.

She added that she hopes the surviving victims of her now-deceased ex-crimes husband’s “seek and get the help they need.”

She states that she is presently focused on helping her children in the wake of their father’s passing. In 2007, the Fosters jointly founded the Rockstar Cheer gym.
