Zinhle Ngwenya opened up about embracing her ancestral calling and the difficulties that came with being a sangoma, including being accused of sorcery against her ex-husband Tendai Ndoro.
According to Zimoja, Ngwenya, who portrays a prophetess on the eTV drama, stated that the football player Tendai Ndoro accused her of witchcraft following their divorce.
According to the publication, the Zimbabwean soccer star, a former Orlando Pirates striker, was plagued by bad luck after his divorce.
Many people blamed Ngwenya for Ndoro’s claimed loss of his home, cars, and money after his departure from the Pirates and subsequent playing in Asia.

She stated, however, that she was unmoved by the claims.
“My child has always been my top focus, and I have no resentment. “I do not use my abilities to exact revenge on others,” Ngwenya stated.
According to City Press, the former couple shares a son, and in 2016 the actress demanded that Ndoro pay her R40,000 per month in child support.
The certified Nursing Sister and Midwife stated that it was first difficult to accept her calling, but she ultimately attended initiation school (ukuthwasa) in Mozambique.
“Like any other young adult, I was initially in denial and embarrassed. “When I suddenly became ill, I knew it was something serious, but we had no idea what was happening to me,” she explained.
Temporary blindness was another occurrence that served as assurance she needed to accept her spiritual gift.
“I’ll prepare for a vacation, book my travel, and then suddenly go blind. Following the cancellation of the trip, my vision would be restored.”
Ngwenya also revealed that her calling has caused friction between her and the church she formerly attended: “I recall being expelled from church because I foretold that the church’s head had several lovers. This became a major concern.”
