As Britain and other Western allies provide more weapons to aid President Volodymyr Zelensky, Kelin expressed concerns that the actions of NATO countries, particularly the UK, could prolong the conflict and trigger a “new dimension” in the war.

He emphasized that Russia possesses significant resources and, despite the ongoing war, claimed that his country has not yet taken serious action.

Kelin stated that Russia, being 16 times larger than Ukraine, does not desire or require further escalation and could achieve peace promptly.
