Thursday at 6:06 a.m., paramedics sent police to a residence on Mount Samson Road in Yugar, north of Brisbane, where they discovered an unresponsive youngster.

Officers discovered a ‘horrendous and confronting scene’ at the residence, according to Katarina Carroll, the commissioner of police in Queensland.

Mark Platt of Sun and Co Lawyers defended the co-defendants during their brief court appearances, and he stated that other counsel is being sought for Kondacs.

The only time Bosch and Kondacs talked was when the judge inquired if they could hear him.

Bosch is now charged with assault resulting in bodily injury.

As the Magistrates Court lacks the authority to hear bail applications for murder charges, their cases have been postponed until December 5
