Queen Elizabeth II performed royal responsibilities until her death

Up until two days before her passing, Queen Elizabeth II, who was 96 years old, continued to perform her royal responsibilities.

The Queen attended a special ceremony on September 6 when she watched the transfer of authority from departing Prime Minister Boris Johnson to his successor, Liz Truss, according to the internet publication E-News.

At Scotland’s Balmoral Castle, Her Royal Highness died away peacefully on Thursday.

Prince Phillip, her spouse, passed away at Windsor Castle in April 2021.

Eight grandkids as well as her three sons and one daughter survive her.

She was the queen with the longest reign, serving the royal family for 70 years, and she always maintained her reputation for dressing stylishly and being on time.

Her grin was one of her best qualities, next to her sense of elegance.

According to E-News, when the Queen passed away, Truss issued a statement expressing sympathy to the now-King Charles. The declaration was read out in front of her London home.

She said that “Queen Elizabeth II was the cornerstone upon which modern Britain was created.”

“Under her leadership, our nation expanded and prospered, making Britain the wonderful nation it is today.

She was loved and respected by people in the United Kingdom and all around the globe as a result of her life of service, which lasted longer than most of our living memories.

In the same way that his mother gave so much of herself for so long to so many people, “We give him (King Charles) our allegiance and dedication,” Truss added.

“As the second Elizabethan Age comes to an end, we herald in a new period in the glorious history of our great nation, precisely as her Majesty would have intended by saying: God save the King.

Anyone who wants to record their words to the Royal Family may do so in an online book of condolences.
