After the Supreme Court officially overturned Roe v. Wade on Friday morning, public personalities have started to chime in, with conservatives applauding the ruling.

Following Friday’s announcement that Roe v. Wade had been overturned by the US Supreme Court, the laws that prohibit abortion in more than half of US states are now expected to go into effect.

The Supreme Court voted to overturn the historic 1973 decision that made abortion lawful in the United States, according to a draft opinion that was leaked and published by POLITICO last month. The draft opinion was written by Samuel Alito.

“Roe was egregiously incorrect from the start,” Alito said, in part. The judge, who was appointed by George W. Bush, continues by saying that the decision on abortion should be left up to the “people’s elected representatives.”

In February 2022, the opinion was written.

Since the draft opinion was released, public personalities on both sides have commented on the subject, and today was no different, with conservatives praising the ruling.

According to Justice Samuel Alito, the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision was “egregiously incorrect from the start,” the Rev. Franklin Graham tweeted. “The United States Supreme Court just issued one of the most consequential verdicts in my lifetime.”

It’s a 6-3 decision, which is extremely crucial for the safety of the justices in the majority, according to sportswriter Clay Travis, who adopted a different approach. It implies that the passing of a conservative justice won’t affect the result. John Roberts chose wisely by joining our site.

Thousands of children who would have otherwise been slaughtered in the womb will now live, according to conservative author Ben Shapiro. All people, who were made in God’s image, can rejoice in this victory.

Will there be ferocious but “largely nonviolent” protests? wondered commentator Steven Crowder.

“America is no longer a pariah among nations when it comes to abortion law,” ex-White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said. Prior to Dobbs, our nation was one of SEVEN that permitted national elective abortion after 20 weeks.

The People’s Republic of China, North Korea, and the United States of America are no longer involved. LIFE has been revived!

Lee Strobel, a Christian author, called Roe v. Wade “an atrocity” and expressed gratitude that a brave court had overturned it today. Pray for the protection of pro-life organizations that are already under attack from homegrown terrorists.

The battle for the unborn child’s life is now being fought state by state.

The son of the former president, Donald Trump Jr., expressed gratitude to his father for helping to make this decision: “Proud of my father for what he has accomplished today.”

Despite the Democrats and the leftist media trying everything they could to block their confirmations, especially with Kavanaugh, he provided our cause with three strong pro-life Supreme Court Justices.

Liberal opposition to the ruling, on the other hand, was apoplectic.

It doesn’t stop here, remarked actress and pro-choice activist Busy Phillips in a recent tweet about getting an abortion. Screw this fraud. These people, sh*t. F**k you too if you are a one-issue voter who has your taxes as your main concern. It’s on you, this Supreme Court.

Get Your Fictional Hateful Bible Stories and Fake Fictional Religious B******t Out of Our F*****G Lives, tweeted actor and comedian Billy Eichner. F**K YOU.’

David Hogg, a co-founder of March for Our Lives, released a poll indicating historically low trust in the court and added, “The SCOTUS is undermining it’s legitimacy.” A serious legitimacy dilemma exists for the court.

The pro-abortion group Bans Off Our Bodies was mentioned by comedian Amy Schumer.

We need to use our voice and strength more than ever, Viola Davis continued, adding that she felt “gutted.” WE, the populace
States all throughout the nation have also begun setting the stage for what will happen once the more than 40-year-old law is overturned.

At least 22 states have laws that would take effect once the decision is formally ratified, according to the pro-reproductive rights organization The Guttmacher Institute.

The group also named four other states that it anticipates will enact new abortion restrictions in the near future, bringing the total number of states that seem likely to outlaw the procedures to 26.

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming are the 18 states with abortion laws that are already almost completely outlawed.

Abortions after six weeks are also prohibited by law in Georgia, Iowa, Ohio, and South Carolina.

Those six-week prohibitions have been deemed unconstitutional as of the time of writing.

The Washington Post reported that Republican politicians were conspiring with pro-life campaigners for a federal ban on abortions if Roe was overturned and the GOP took back the house on the same day that the Alito ruling was made public.

The institute also claims that when Roe v. Wade is reversed, legislation will likely be passed in four additional states: Florida, Indiana, Montana, and Nebraska.

A 15-week abortion ban is already in place in Florida, and it will take effect in July 2022. Rape and incest cases are not exempt from the law in any way. If the patient’s health is in jeopardy, there is an exemption.

“Life is a sacred gift worthy of our protection,” the governor said in a statement after putting the law into action. “I am happy to sign this outstanding piece of legislation, which marks the most important protections for life in the state’s modern history.”
