Princes William and Harry are “done” following Netflix disclosures

King Charles, Queen Consort Camilla, and Prince William all attended Princess Kate’s “Together at Christmas” concert on Thursday, putting on an impressive display of royal family togetherness.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were grappling with the aftermath of the conclusion of their Netflix documentary at their $14.5 million house in Montecito, California.

In the last three episodes, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a series of explosive charges against the royal family as cameras followed them through some of their most intimate moments, from the death of Prince Philip to family time with their children, Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 1.

The most sad moments occur when Harry, age 38, opens up about William, his older brother and closest friend prior to his marriage to Markle.

The Sussexes assert in their new Netflix series that William yelled at Harry during a fight in front of Queen Elizabeth.

During a discussion concerning the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s departure from the royal family, Harry claims that William yelled at him in front of Queen Elizabeth. In addition, he claims that William violated the brothers’ agreement not to pit their offices against one another in the press. Harry states that the heir to the throne, William, is stuck in the “institution” into which they were both born.

Regarding Harry and William, a well-placed royal source told Page Six, “I believe that’s it.” They are finished…

While Buckingham Palace remained largely mute, the Daily Mail stated that Prince William will take Harry’s remarks “extremely personally.”

Princess Kate’s Christmas concert last week demonstrated that the royal family is unified, with the exception of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Thursday’s images of the royal family smiling in Westminster Abbey included Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and the Countess of Wessex, according to a royal source. “The photos of the family together spoke everything, whereas Harry and Meghan were distant, sad, and bitter in Montecito.”

In the series, Harry also admits that he had lost friends and missed “strange family reunions”; nonetheless, he adds that his late mother, Princess Diana, had adored the United States and would have “possibly” ended up living here.

Another informant revealed that the couple had appointed Hollywood heavyweight Tyler Perry the godfather of their daughter Lili despite meeting him only months before her birth. The insider inquired, “Do they have any actual pals, or is it all Oprah Winfrey?” They appear to be fairly alone.

The royal source hypothesized that Markle, 41, may not comprehend the degree of the royal family’s divisions. “Meghan [who has half-siblings] considers herself a lone child; I do not believe she comprehends the dynamics of siblings.”

However, according to a London socialite who knows the Sussexes well, Markle reached out to William several times after they relocated to the United States, only to be rejected by the future king.

“I’m informed that Prince William wanted to speak to Prince Harry directly and not through Meghan,” the socialite told Page Six.

After moving to the United States, Markle reportedly attempted to contact Prince William but was refused.

A Kensington Palace representative had no comment.

The Sussexes have spent the past many years capturing material for the documentary series, including on their own smartphones when they left the United Kingdom and royal life.

But behind the scenes, as previously reported by Page Six, the couple attempted to remove portions of the Liz Garbus-directed concert following the September death of Queen Elizabeth II, obviously concerned about how they would be seen.

After the queen’s passing, sources say Harry and Markle were concerned about how the royal family might perceive some portions of the documentary.

The reaction would have been the same regardless of when the episode aired, according to a knowledgeable Netflix insider. “They were apprehensive about the show airing so close to the Queen’s death due to the numerous complaints,” the insider explained.

“Harry and Meghan had made pledges to Netflix, stating, ‘We won’t stomp on your toes.’ However, they wanted to delay the release until the next year and remove certain segments. “Netflix denied the request,” a second Netflix source stated.

Netflix has been contacted by Page Six for comment.

Previously, sources informed Page Six that Charles will still invite Harry and Meghan to his coronation in 2023.

Harry, who fought in two wars for Britain, says he was “terrified” when his brother “screamed and raged” at him at the Sandringham Summit, a conference intended to consider his royal future.

At the emergency meeting, he also accuses his father, King Charles, of saying things that “just weren’t true” while the late queen “sat there and took it all in.”

Harry, who claims he and Markle offered to relinquish their royal titles, claims he was given five options, including staying, and opted for the “half in, half out” option, which meant the couple would have their own employment but also help the queen.

After the final episodes of “Harry & Meghan” were released on Netflix, the majority of the royal family ignored the criticism surrounding the series.

The saddest aspect of the meeting, according to Harry, was that it drove a gulf between him and his brother, so that he is now on the institution’s side. “I realize that a portion of that is his inheritance. So to some level, it’s already embedded in him that part of his obligation is the sustainability and perpetuation of this institution.”

The episodes are replete with digs at William and his wife, now the Princess of Wales: Markle remembers embracing Kate with an embrace the first time they met, when she was barefoot and wearing ragged jeans.

“Like I was a hugger, always been a hugger,” Markle continues. “I did not understand that this is so startling to many Brits.”

Kate and William, as well as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, briefly reunited following the death of Queen Elizabeth.

This week, though, a friend of the Waleses told People magazine that “Kate is a big hugger. She greets everyone with a hearty embrace and a kiss, since she is warm and pleasant. It comes easy to her to behave in this manner.

In one of the most damaging moments of the series, the Sussexes accuse William of orchestrating a scheme to enlist their former communications chief against them. As part of the couple’s legal privacy lawsuit against the Mail on Sunday tabloid, the former representative Jason Knauf, who previously worked in Prince William’s office, supplied a witness statement and texts from Markle.

Markle, disturbed upon learning of Knauf’s statement, asks Harry on camera, “So how do we deal with that? It’s your sibling. I will not comment on your brother, but it is so evident… ”

The book “Harry & Meghan” has never-before-seen images of their son, Archie.

When asked about the allegation that he submitted a witness statement with William’s office’s approval, Knauf’s representative stated, “These claims are completely incorrect.”

Meghan and Harry do not want to be expelled from the family entirely. Meghan feels particularly strongly about what she considers to be the campaign against them, and she is on a mission to clean her name by telling the truth, or at least her version of it, according to Page Six.

Multiple sources have told Page Six that Kate and William have no intention of watching the Netflix show and are instead having their staff watch it. Despite an apparent olive branch extended after Queen Elizabeth’s death in September, when Harry and Markle joined William and Kate — at the request of the Waleses — to tour monuments to the monarch outside Windsor Castle, the brothers never spent considerable time together while Harry was in London.

As previously revealed by Page Six, King Charles is rumored to want Harry and Markle at his coronation in 2023, and he is unlikely to ever divest them of their titles.

In Harry and Markle’s 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey, the prince acknowledged that his relationship with William “is space at the moment” but added, “I love William to bits – we’ve been through hell together. And you know, ideally, time heals all wounds.”

However, Harry’s autobiography, “Spare,” will be released on January 10, containing no doubt additional allegations against the royal family.

However, a highly placed royal source stated, “How can you go on television and discuss your own sibling in such a manner?”
