President Muhammadu Buhari says the government is committed to keeping the economy of the country strong

The federal government is committed to implementing a plan that will keep the economy of the country strong and able to resist the shocks caused by the problems affecting the global economy.

At the Thursday International Development Association Summit for Africa, President Muhammadu Buhari made this statement.

For the Nigerian economy to weather the storm, the government, in the words of the president, would be looking inside and adding value to the goods produced in the nation.

However, he urged the international partners to work together to achieve the goals.
