The tape was captured in June at Cross Gates station in Leeds, West Yorkshire, while statistics indicate that young people were involved in more than half of the events at one regional station.

British Transport Police Sgt. Rob Pile, who works with the rail business to combat antisocial behavior, stated that the video should serve as a “wake-up call.”
He stated, “This horrifying footage should serve as a wake-up call to parents; we need them to have an immediate conversation with their children and adolescents about the hazards of the railroad and the consequences of such reckless behavior.”
