On Alex Bean Road in Canelands, KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), a body of a man who was allegedly bludgeoned to death was found on Friday morning.

It was reportedly a bystander who found the man’s body.

Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA), a private security company, claims that a bystander phoned them at 06:38 after making the find.

Reaction Officers were sent to the area and discovered a guy who had not been recognized laying in a prone posture when they arrived, according to RUSA spokesperson Prem Balram. He was only wearing underpants.

According to Balram, an examination revealed that the man had died as a consequence of significant head trauma.

“A bloodied rock was located next to his body which was in a state of rigour mortis. The deceased is believed to have been bludgeoned to death. The motive for the murder was not immediately established.”
