On the R102 in Verulam, KZN, a black Chevrolet Aveo was discovered that belonged to a guy who was reportedly shot and killed in Thembisa, Gauteng.

A passing driver called Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) reported seeing an abandoned car in the thick vegetation dividing the north and south bound lanes.

Reaction Officers arrived and found the keys in the ignition.

Both the radio and the batteries were gone.

The automobile also included the owner’s identity card and a paystub with his employer’s information.

The vehicle’s registration was checked, which revealed that it was wanted.

The Pretoria Gardens construction company was contacted by the police.

His coworkers claim that they learned this morning that he was fatally shot over the weekend.

They were unable to offer any other information.

The Verulam SAPS received the car to conduct an additional investigation.
