Odinga has two-to-one advantage against United Democratic Alliance (UDA) presidential candidate William Ruto

Odinga had a two-to-one advantage against United Democratic Alliance (UDA) presidential candidate William Ruto, who finished in second with 25% of the vote.

According to the statistics, George Wajackoyah, the presidential candidate of the Roots Party, had a 7% approval rating.

With a one percent approval rating, David Waihiga of the Agano party came in fourth.

The pollster said that “632 respondents were questioned across 17 constituencies.”

The previous Prime Minister’s popularity has increased from 41% in May, whilst Ruto’s popularity has decreased. Ruto had a 26% approval rating in the county in May.

When it comes to political parties and alliances, ODM and Azimio La Umoja are both more popular than their competitors, the Kenya Kwanza Alliance and the United Democratic Alliance.

With a 46 percent approval rating, the Odinga-led alliance is the most popular, followed by the Kenya Kwanza Alliance with a 24 percent approval rating.

The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has a 30 percent approval rating, while the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has a 22 percent approval rating.

In the closely contested August elections, Odinga and Ruto are regarded the two primary frontrunners.

Nearly 22 million voters will vote in the presidential election, which has been branded a two-horse race, to determine who will succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta.
