NYPD: Vicious trio calls NYC straphanger a “Asian pig”

Sunday, police said a trio spewing hatred called a man a “Asian pig” before kicking and punching him on a Midtown train after demanding that he and a female companion give up their seats.

Saturday evening at 8 p.m., a man and two women approached their victim, 42, and his friend, 41, on the shuttle train from Grand Central Station to Times Square, according to police.

According to police, the accused ordered the victims to give up their seats. According to police, when this did not occur, the suspects hit and kicked the male victim, leaving him with a tiny head wound.

The suspects then abandoned the train near Times Square and escaped.

The victim declined medical care, according to the police.

According to police, the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Unit is investigating.

The police issued photographs of the accused.
