The University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) College of Nursing is currently selling the post-UTME form for admission into its Nursing Programme leading to the award of ND for the 2022/2023 academic year. Below are the prerequisites and instructions for obtaining the UBTH college of nursing post-UTME form.
Acceptance into the University of Benin (UNIBEN) Teaching Hospital, College of Nursing ND program for the 2022/23 academic year is open to adequately qualified applicants.
UNIBEN Teaching Hospital College of Nursing Admission Requirements
Admission to the College of Nursing for the 2022/23 term is now active. Candidates must register for the Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and have a JAMB score sheet containing a minimum of 180 points.
ONLY 2022/2023 JAMB RESULT IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ADMISSION SESSION.
The O/level prerequisites include earning five credits in the topics mentioned below in no more than two sittings.
Mathematics
English
Physics
Chemistry
Biology
Candidates must be at least 17 years old.
How to Fill Out the UBTH College of Nursing Application
The sale of Post UTME forms will begin on Monday, September 12, 2022.
Candidates must visit the nearest JAMB-accredited center to alter their institution to the School of Nursing, UBTH, Benin City.
Post UTME forms can be collected from the office of the Head of College upon payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) as screening fees into UBTH REMITA at our Treasury/Revenue Office.
In order to obtain post-UTME forms, candidates must appear alongside the underlisted.

JAMB change of institution slip photocopies
copies of WAEC and NECO results
Birth Registration
Four Passport pictures
Ensure that your O/L result is uploaded to the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)
