Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) Online Assessment Test For Applicants Commence
Applicants are advised to log on to their dashboard to take the assessment test as the long awaited NJFP selection phase is over now as the NJFP management has released the guidelines to start the test today.
According to NJFP, they are now in the long awaited evaluation phase of the #NJFP selection process! The first evaluation will be sent in batches to all applicants within the next 5 days. Please check your NJFP registered email by June 29 to receive a link to your first test
All applicants will be required to take two online tests:
- Assess your basic digital tools and systems skills
- Measure your leadership and communication competences
Both tests are mandatory and will be sent to applicants #NJFP registered emails over the next 5 days.
NJFP management said, as you wait for your test link, please note that:
- There is NO cost to take the tests
- You will have 48 hours to complete each test
- You must use your #NJFP registered email to take the tests. This is the only way your assessment will be matched with your NJFP profile.

Nigeria’s Jubilee Scholarship Program is committed to diversity and encourages all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, disability, sexual orientation, cultural, religious or ethnic origin. Non-Fellows and organizations are eligible for an independent talent management agency based on the requirements of colleagues and organizations.
Can I specify my preferred place of work?
Yes, you can indicate your preferred job on the application form. However, this cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the availability of an internship in the relevant location.
WHAT IS THE ARTICLE SELECTION PROCESS?
The scholarship selection process is as follows:
Selection criteria have been developed for prospective researchers and are available on the Eligibility Criteria page of this website.
Potential fellows submit their application electronically using the criteria on the application page of this website. Applications will not be considered through other media.
Applications are opened for a period of 6 weeks (with clear start and end information). Applications will not be accepted after the deadline for submission of applications.
Applicants must carefully review the selection criteria before submitting their applications. Only applicants who meet the minimum requirements will be considered in the subsequent selection stages.
An independent talent management company will review all the documents submitted and make a long list that will move on to the next stage. Prior to the final selection, long-listed candidates must pass aptitude tests and assessments.
Given the likely large number of applicants, the program will only communicate with successful candidates.
The application cycle (from submission to selection process, including comparison with host organizations) is expected to last 12 weeks. In case of changes, you will be notified accordingly.

Potential host organizations are invited to express their interest by completing the online application form on this website. Expressions of interest will not be taken into account through other media.
Potential host organizations are requested to provide all required information, including supporting documents, as this is the basis for agreeing potential partners.
Future eligible organizations are integrated into the host organizations’ database for comparison with pre-qualified scholarship recipients. The talent requirements of the host organizations are determined by the applications.
The mediation cycle will be a process of cooperation between the anniversary scholarship program and the host organizations to ensure that the needs of the organizations are aligned with the interests of the scholarship recipients and vice versa.
ARE MOTHERS PAID?
Yes, all fellows receive a monthly grant of 100 100,000 paid by the Jubilee Scholarship Program, provided that the planned results are achieved each month.
