Nigerian Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, and DG/CEO of NIMC named among 10 Tech Leaders in Nigeria

The Honourable Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim (Pantami), and the Director General/CEO National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), Engr. Aliyu A. Aziz, have been named among the top 10 Tech Leaders in Nigeria 2022 by the Annual World Digital Exhibition (Worldex).

The Worldex Africa Top 10 Tech Leaders honors the most remarkable and significant men and women in the corporate and public sectors who are driving Africa’s ICT sector forward. Worldex is a technology trade show that aims to bring Africa and the rest of the world’s technology sector closer together.

Prof. Umar Garba Danbatta, Executive Vice-Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Mr. Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, Director-General of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Mr. Karl Toriola, CEO of MTN Nigeria Communications Plc, and others were also honored.

The first edition of the event is set to take place in April 2023 in Abuja, Nigeria.
