Where to locate updated schedules

From no later than July 31, 2022, you will be able to view schedules in Contracted Work and Administration (CWA), including schedules for Immigration Removal Centers (IRC).

Stating your work

From October 1, 2022, work that was performed in September may be reported.

Start-of-Matter Allocations
Most of the time, matter starts are assigned based on the allocation offered in the initial tender.

You will receive the enhanced allocation in cases when you have self-granted an additional 50% of matter beginnings.

In cases where a provider submitted a bid for these in the initial tender, this also includes the allocation of an additional 20 miscellaneous matter starts to help victims of human trafficking and modern slavery with their compensation claims.

In the fourth year of the contract, providers will have the option to self-grant a further 50% of matter starts.
