My husband at blind about obvious flirting from a co-worker

Dear Abby,

I work in retail merchandising with my husband, and a younger woman on our team is very touchy-feely with him. She stands very close to him and whispers in his ear.

My husband says it’s just how she is, but she doesn’t behave that way around her boyfriend or anyone else. It bothers me, and I’m not sure how to handle it.

My suggestion would be to talk to your teammate directly and let her know that her behavior appears flirtatious, and it makes you uncomfortable. Tell her that if she continues, you will report it to your team leader or boss.

It’s important to address the issue directly and calmly to find a resolution.
