The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) administration has announced the protocol for medical registration of fresh students in 2021/2022.
Medical Registration at LAUTECH
Visit the LAUTECH payment interface and pay for medical registration online.
Present a copy of your medical fee print-out receipt to the medical laboratory unit of the facility where your blood and urine samples will be collected for necessary examinations.
Present a duplicate of the identical payment printout receipt to the Radiology unit for your chest X-ray examination.
Pay your tuition price online by visiting the LAUTECH site. You will be able to download all required forms. Proceed to the Medical Record Unit with your Personal Data form, completely completed Educational Data form, State/Local government Identification certificate, X-ray film, Medical Laboratory results, and 2 (2) passport images.
The Record Officer will provide you with a medical confidential file to fill out, gather your documentation, and refer you to the Medical Officer for final clinical assessment and issuance of the Student Medical Clearance Certificate, which is required for your registration at the faculty.
Please keep the Health Center card that the record officer gave you. It serves as your means of identification when you visit a health care facility.
You are strongly urged to complete your Medical registration as soon as possible.
