Araiza’s legal representatives released a statement indicating an agreement between Araiza and his accuser. The settlement includes the woman dismissing her complaint against Araiza within the upcoming week. Crucially, the statement clarified that Araiza isn’t providing any financial compensation to the plaintiff.
Moreover, he’s reserving his right to pursue legal action against the plaintiff’s attorney, Dan Gilleon, and his law office, for the harm caused during this ordeal.

The allegations against Araiza emerged last August, resulting in his release from the Bills amid accusations of involvement in a 2021 Halloween party rape incident.
