Marine’s ex-girlfriend is being sued for sending his family obscene photos

A former Marine has filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend, alleging that she harassed him for years using 22 different phone numbers and posting X-rated pictures of him on Craigslist.

Deza’rae Collins, his ex-girlfriend, allegedly “embarked on a years-long path of harassment” because she was “unable to endure” their split, according to a complaint filed in New Jersey.

The guy, known only as “S.S.,” claims in the court papers that Collins’ activities have caused him to lose “many employment” and require him to change his phone number 100 times.

The claimed harassment included sharing his current girlfriend and other family members explicit images he had sent her privately, which strained ties.

The New Jersey guy told the New York Post, “I didn’t imagine this would be something I would have to take about with me forever and something I would have to explain to every romantic relationship I would ever have.”

Collins, whom the plaintiff first met in 2015, is accused in the case of continuing her behavior despite the fact that the plaintiff had reported her to the police on several occasions.

Daniel Szalkiewicz, the attorney for S.S., asserts in the lawsuit that since October 1, 2022, the defendant has posted 77 unauthorized images of the client.

Collins is accused of posting a picture of the plaintiff nude in front of a mirror on Craigslist, along with his phone number and social security information.

Have you seen me, Lost? The suit adds “RAPIST PEDOPHILE NARCISSIST” as well.

While he was serving in the military for a whole year and a half and while Collins was residing in Oregon, the images were transmitted to her secretly, according to the lawsuit.

Throughout his deployment, S.S. states he often had cellular coverage issues and that, upon docking, he was frequently surprised to discover an abnormally high volume of calls and messages from Collins.

He told The Post, “My phone would explode with messages.”

“I could bear it no longer.” I wanted to end our relationship,” S.S. said.

The guy asserts that she didn’t handle the breakup well and that she was resisting his choice and pursuing a reconciliation.

Collins, a ResearchGate user who claims to be a behavioral sciences student at Oregon Health and Science University, reportedly started phoning S.S.’s parents at some point and even sent a letter with a photo of him in a state of undress.

Collins allegedly called the guy more than 5,000 times in a 10-day period, according to the man’s current girlfriend.

The information from ResearchGate that Collins works in the behavioral sciences sector was supported by the girlfriend.

The lady told The Post, “That’s terrifying.”

She also claims that she was recently let go from her position after hearing from her employer that they didn’t want to become entangled in the drama of the circumstance.

The girlfriend had to take time out of work to visit the court and talk to the police.

The former Marine and his attorney say that Collins transmitted two movies and 12 photographs over text message a total of roughly 80 times.

She never gives up, S.S. said.

His girlfriend alleges that because of his travels with the Marines and their residences in several states, he has attempted to get restraining orders against her.

The Post claims that early in February, S.S. and his family were successful in getting a restraining order against Collins.

Collins is being sued by S.S. for at least $150,000 per photograph and an order preventing her from distributing any further pictures of the plaintiff.

S.S. said in the interview, “I want everything to stop and be over with.”

The girlfriend of the former Marine concurred, stating, “I hope she will leave us alone.”

‘Our client has wasted years of his life to Defendant’s persecution, constantly dreading when and how Defendant will strike next,’ Szalkiewicz said in a statement.

Szalkiewicz said that “his private photographs have been shared with his family, his fiancee’s family, and the globe at large.”
