In order to deal with her grim reality, a pinup model who has been dressed in antique clothing for six years resorted to fashion.

Canadian content artist and mother of three Bianca Blakney has 11.6 million TikTok followers.

The 25-year-old not only maintains a sizable social media following, but she also makes money as a Marilyn Monroe impersonator and risqué model on OnlyFans.

While she now leads a glamorous life as an internet celebrity, this wasn’t always the case.

Bianca, one of six kids, had a difficult upbringing. In addition to being harassed at school, her parents finally got divorced, and her elder brother passed away from brain disease.

“I spent many years as a foster child in the system, and I briefly experienced homelessness. I had no family to help me, I was a young mother doing two jobs, she exclusively revealed to Daily Star.

I always worked to be stable and have a roof over my head despite being in and out of difficult circumstances.

Fashion served as an escape from the realities of her existence, and because shopping at thrift shops was the only thing she could afford, she often found lovely pinup clothing pieces there.

When Bianca was a little girl, her grandmother, who was a hairdresser in the 1960s, would dress her in attire from this time.

It’s practically always been a part of my life, and I really like the nostalgic feeling it provided me.

“The original Star Trek, Buck Rogers, Barbarella, Lost in Space, Bewitched, and many more shows are my major sources of fashion inspiration.

“I’m not your typical pinup lady; I like sci-fi and retro-futurism.”

In her current self-description, Bianca proudly calls herself “one of the world’s most popular contemporary pinup and vintage fashion idols.”

The downsides of her online fame were the harsh harassment she began to experience as her TikTok account developed.

She said, “Honestly, the worst part was going through years of hatred online.

“Aside from the occasional troll these days, it’s nothing in comparison to what I went through from 2020 to 2022.

It’s a subject I’ve shied away from in order to avoid controversy, but it was by far the most difficult.

Online trolls may be quite challenging, but after years of abuse, my skin is thicker and I can put up with a lot more.

Bianca has battled valiantly to maintain her online presence in the wake of attempts by others to bully her off all platforms.

Online detractors often draw harsh comparisons between Bianca and another online creative, and in 2021 she lost access to her account when someone made fraudulent copyright claims against her.

Every name in the book has been used to describe me, she said, and some individuals have even gone into great detail about the terrible things they would do to me.

“Now days, most of the jokes about me revolve on my breast augmentation. They are often the target of cruel comments about not appearing natural, but I never tried to seem natural.

“I could write a book solely on the horrible things people have said to me,” one person commented of the difficult things they had spoken to them.

Online users may sometimes behave inappropriately, but Bianca just attributes it to being out in the open.

While she has sometimes found it difficult to deal with the online abuse, she claims it has only strengthened her, and now days she only concentrates on the stuff she enjoys producing.

Even though Bianca has approximately 12 million followers, she finds it difficult to obtain employment outside of social media, proving that being an influencer isn’t always as profitable as one would believe.

Unfortunately, the TikTok creator fund, an official fund set up by the app to pay artists for their material, is not available to Canadian content producers.

This is one of the major reasons Bianca created an account on OnlyFans, which is the only one she now uses to generate income.

“I enjoy my work despite that, however. I’ve had a lot of chances thanks to OnlyFans, and I couldn’t have produced all the work I have without it, she said.

In addition to all of the negative aspects of social media, there are many benefits, such as making new friends and having others like you for who you are, sharing your struggles with others and offering support.

“I like producing content; it’s my passion, and there is nothing I would alter about it. I’ve put a lot of effort into getting where I am, and I consider myself really blessed to be able to create every day.

She may not have attended any lavish premieres or been invited to any parties, but as long as she is allowed to make content, she claims to be the happiest person on earth.

“That improves my entire day,” Bianca said, “to believe that my material will make someone happy or has already made someone smile.”
