In a major breakthrough, the Defence Headquarters declared today that Nigerian Army troops have successfully eliminated no fewer than fifty-nine terrorists in various recent operations.
The Director of Defence Media Operations, Major General Edward Buba, delivered this significant update during a press briefing held in Abuja earlier today.

The recovered arsenal included twenty-six AK47 rifles, one GPMG, one AKMS rifle, one FN rifle, four pump-action rifles, five pistols, and nineteen Dane guns.

The value of the estimated loss to the criminals due to oil theft amounted to a staggering sum of N388,441,660.
