Luke Bell suffered bipolar illness before disappearing

At the time of his death, country music singer Luke Bell had been suffering severe bipolar illness for years.

The musician, 32, went missing earlier this month in Arizona and was later discovered dead.

His business manager, Brian Buchanan, told TMZ that it was not the first time he had done so and went missing on other occasions before.

Buchanan described how Bell attempted to deal and was given additional medicine but was unable to come up with a practical answer.

Luke tried his hardest to fight this, but the illness ultimately won. He was the nicest and most giving man while he was fighting the illness.

He’s at peace now, and that’s some solace.

When Bell vanished in the past, his people were always able to find him.

Bell went missing one night while out for dinner with a buddy who is a musician named Matt Kinman, according to the police, and his corpse was later found in Tucson.

The two musicians had come to the city to do shows.

Prior to his corpse being discovered, Kinman is claimed to have spent 10 days looking for Bell’s body.

Bell’s cause of death will be determined by an autopsy, which will also be performed as police continue their investigation.

According to The Sun, the Tuscon Coroner’s Office has determined that he passed away on August 26, 2022, and the inquiry is still ongoing.

The Hold Me singer’s pals were concerned about him, according to a report from Saving Country Music on Monday, since he had not been seen or heard from since August 20.

During the time leading up to his disappearance, Bell was with Kinman, who recalled: “We came down here to Arizona, to work down here, perform some music, and he just went gone.”

He was in the truck’s rear. I entered to purchase a meal. When I emerged, he had already exited the vehicle and was gone.

The artist had been under Kinman’s care for a number of years, and the caregiver noticed that the artist had lately altered the prescription he used to manage his illness.

On Bell’s social media, mourning followers sent sympathy messages like “Rest in piece, Mr. Rattlesnake Man,” “Terribly so sad, His light blazed so bright but too quickly,” and “Gone much too soon, may you have found peace.”

Luke Bell grew up in Cody, Wyoming after being born in Lexington, Kentucky on January 27, 1990.

Bell travelled to Laramie for college in 2008 after finishing high school, where she started playing in a pub band.

According to an interview with Saving Country Music, the concept of earning a living off of music was first introduced through a fortuitous encounter with singer-songwriter Pat Reedy.

As he developed his craft at the Hole in the Wall pub in Austin, Texas, the aspiring musician met musicians like Mike and the Moonpies, Leo Rondeau, and Ramsey Midwood.

Eventually, the struggling musician relocated to Nashville, where he released his self-titled first album in 2012.

It was described as “an wonderful combination of old school southern country, playful bluegrass, and dramatic, deep blues” in a Wyoming Public Media review.

Don’t Mind If I Do, his full-length album from 2014, came after that. Luke Bell, Bell’s most recent album, was published in 2016, just around the time he received a bipolar illness diagnosis.

The last performance by the Loretta artist took place in August 2017 at the Equiblues Festival in Saint Agrève, France.

The last thing he posted on Instagram was a video from the concert.

The musician and composer kept on writing songs. In 2021, Jealous Guy, his last song, was published.
