Named Author King’s Cross, the scheme offers 182 apartments in three build-to-rent (BtR) blocks located on York Way, with prices starting from £3,045 per month.

The move-in date for tenants is set for later this summer.

Architecturally Diverse Development

Surrounding a beautifully landscaped courtyard, the trio of buildings in Author King’s Cross varies in height, ranging from three to 16 storeys.

Each block has been designed by a different architectural practice, with David Morley Architects, Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, and Haptic all contributing their unique perspectives to the development.

Luxurious Amenities for Residents

These include a fitness centre, lounges, workspaces, a creche, a private dining room, a coffee and wine bar, and a garden kitchen that opens onto the courtyard.

Additionally, a 24-hour onsite team, led by a general manager, will be available to assist residents with services like laundry, cleaning, and receiving deliveries.

Commitment to Enhancing the Rental Experience

Tom Goodall, the managing director of Related Argent, expressed his excitement about the launch of Author King’s Cross.

Moreover, Related Argent aims to revolutionize the rental experience in the UK for the better and has plans to expand their BtR homes across various large and smaller sites throughout the country.

Ambitious Plans for the Future

Related Argent envisions delivering a total of 3,000 BtR homes in London, not limited to King’s Cross but also including Tottenham Hale and Brent Cross Town.

These ambitious plans demonstrate their dedication to creating more high-quality rental housing options in key areas of the city, catering to the diverse needs of residents and contributing to the ongoing transformation of London’s housing landscape.
