Prince Harry risks being “exiled” if he continues to damage his relationship with Prince William, according to Lady Victoria Hervey, a close friend of the royal family and Prince Andrew’s ex.
Hervey compared the relationship between the two princes to that of Cain and Abel in the Bible, and noted that Harry “is self-sabotaging his relationship with his brother so much so that it has now become Cain and Abel.”
She also said that Harry is pushing the line as much as possible so that he can portray himself as a victim and “wallow in victimhood.”
The ongoing rift between Harry and William was made worse with the release of Harry’s memoir “Spare” in January.
The 38-year-old made private family spats and conversations public and criticized his family over several disagreements.
Harry claimed that senior members of the royal family “briefed” the press and “leaked” negative stories about his wife, and he revealed that he had enough content to write even more books about his experience growing up as a royal.
Harry sensationally demanded an apology from the royal family for his wife more recently, telling them to “come clean.” He did not clarify what exactly he wants his family to apologize to Meghan for.
The father-of-two insisted that “if people had listened” to him sooner, the rift between the Duchess of Sussex and the rest of the royal family could have been avoided.
