KWCOE (EKSU) Post-UTME Form

KWCOE affiliated with EKSU Degree post UTME form – Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin (KWCOE), in affiliation with Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado Ekiti, full-time Bachelor Degree programmes admission form for the 2022/2023 academic session is now available.

The Ekiti State University (previously the University of Ado-Ekiti), in affiliation with the Kwara State College of Education in Ilorin, invites applications from adequately qualified applicants for admission to its full-time bachelor’s degree programmes for the 2022/23 academic year.

KWCOE – EKSU Degree Programmes

Bachelor’s degree programs leading to the following awards are available:

Bachelor of Teaching (B.Ed)

Preschool and Primary Education
Bachelor of Arts in Teaching (B.A.Ed)

Bachelor of Science in Education/French Education/English (B.Sc.Ed)

KWCOE – EKSU Degree Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening Eligibility A candidate for admission via the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) must meet the minimum standards outlined below.

Five credit passes in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB) earned in no more than two sittings.

Five Credits on the Teachers Grade Two Exam, including English Language
Candidates must have taken and passed the 2022 UTME administered by JAMB.

The candidate’s score on the most recent UTME (2022) must exceed the national minimum scoring requirement.
College admission is contingent upon passing a post-UTME screening examination.

Direct Entry Candidate: Full-Time, Three-Year Programme.
Candidates must satisfy the admission requirements listed below.

pass at credit/merit level in two subjects at the NCE with GCE ‘O’-level credit or its equivalent in three subjects, including English, including English. A passing grade on the NCE General English may be substituted for credit at the SSCE/GCE/O-level.

Two passes at the advanced level GCE with credit passes at the SSCE/GCE ‘O’ level in three other subjects, including English Language.

The admission of Direct Entry Candidates is contingent on their performance in the Post-UTME screening exercise to be administered by the institution of admission.

Three passes at the advanced level GCE with SSCE/GCE ‘O-level credit passes in two additional courses, including English Language.

How to Fill Out the KWCOE – EKSU Degree Post-UTME Application

The Post UTME screening application will be submitted through the college’s website.

On the JAMB website, applicants must alter their institution to Kwara State College of Education Ilorin (affiliated with Ekiti State University) Kwara State. A course modification may also be necessary if the course you wish to apply for differs from the one you first selected on your UTME (JAMB) application.
