Wednesday, in their Champions League Group A opener against Napoli, Jurgen Klopp stated that he must “reinvent” his Liverpool squad after they were defeated 4-1.
Klopp’s team were outplayed in the first half and were fortunate to just be 3-0 down at halftime. The German, who won the competition with Liverpool in 2019 and led them to the final last season, stated that there was much to fix.
