Jorginho adds a plethora of experience to Arsenal

The Italian international football star Jorginho has moved from Chelsea to the English soccer powerhouse Arsenal.

The 31-year-old midfielder, who has made 143 Premier League games, adds a wealth of club and international football experience to the Gunners.

In addition to approximately 500 club games, Jorginho has been a regular member of the Italy national team for more than five years, making 46 appearances and won Euro 2020 with the Italian national team.

Since joining Chelsea, he has been a Premier League mainstay and has won the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Super Cup, and Fifa Club World Cup.

Meanwhile, Manchester United has revealed that Bayern Munich loanee Marcel Sabitzer has joined the club on loan until June 2023.

The Austrian midfielder has appeared 443 times for clubs across Europe, including 54 since joining FC Bayern Munich in August 2021. Previously, Sabitzer served as RB Leipzig’s captain. He has earned 68 complete international appearances for Austria.

“Sometimes in life, you must make crucial judgments quickly. As soon as I learned about this chance, I felt I should pursue it. Sabitzer stated, “I am a competitive player who wants to win and help the club achieve its goals this season.”

“I believe I am at my height as a player and can give a great deal of experience and vitality to the team. I am eager to begin working with my new colleagues and coach and to demonstrate my abilities to Manchester United fans.”

Malo Gusto has completed a permanent transfer from Lyon to Chelsea.

The promising 19-year-old right defender has signed a deal through the summer of 2030 at Stamford Bridge. He will return to France for the remainder of the season to resume his Ligue 1 career with Lyon, for whom he has made 15 appearances.

Gusto, who has represented France at the Under-21 level, rose through the youth systems at Lyon before making his senior debut in January 2021.

Joao Cancelo of Manchester City has joined Bayern Munich on loan till the end of the current season.

The 28-year-old forward joins City in 2019 from Juventus, having previously played in Spain and his home Portugal. Now residing in Germany, the Portuguese has joined the Bundesliga club for the duration of the 2022/23 season.
