Joe Swash, a 41-year-old actor and TV presenter, credits his participation in the reality show I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! for introducing him to his wife Stacey Solomon, a Dagenham-born singer, and for giving him a career for over a decade.

Swash was crowned the winner of the show’s eighth series in 2008 and went on to present the spin-off show.

Solomon won the 10th series of the show, which is when the couple met.

Since then, they have had three children together: son Rex, born in 2019, daughter Rose, born in October 2021, and daughter Belle, born in February 2023.

Solomon also has two sons from two previous relationships, while Swash has a son from a previous relationship.

Swash recently returned to appear in the all-star version of I’m A Celebrity in South Africa, where the campmates compete against one another to be crowned the legend of the show.

During Monday’s episode, Swash expresses his gratitude for the show, saying that he feels like he’s “the biggest winner ever from anyone who’s done this show.”

He adds that I’m A Celebrity gave him his wife, his kids, and a career for over a decade.

Swash says that he wears his heart on his sleeve and finds it hard to talk about his experience on the show without getting emotional.

Swash reveals that he is missing his children while on the show and wants to make his family proud.

He says that the jungle saved him from dark times and gave him everything he ever wanted.

Swash’s emotional outburst reflects the impact that the show has had on his life. He attributes his happiness and success to his participation in the show.

The episode also features Fatima Whitbread being selected for the Deadly Depths trial and Janice Dickinson departing camp after leaving a note for her fellow campmates.

Dickinson left the show after injuring herself, and the other campmates express that they will miss her.
