Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver has disclosed that illegal drug use is prevalent in the fine-dining restaurant industry.

According to the Naked Chef, achieving a 50/50 balance of men and women in the kitchen is the key to reducing stress and drug use in the industry.
Oliver has previously acknowledged that women are essential in creating a more successful kitchen because of the energy they bring to it.
In the past, the chef has been criticized for suggesting that women’s “feminine traits” are essential to successful cooking.
In an interview, Oliver noted that he cooks best when he thinks like a woman.
He described his energy as being more focused on nourishment and more maternal feelings than on control and measurement, which are seen as more masculine traits.
Online social media users have criticized Oliver’s comments, arguing that style of cooking should not be gendered.
