Jaden Martinovicch stabbed a Perth kid in an alleged drug transaction

The adolescent son of a television celebrity who is suspected of stabbing a 17-year-old in the heart after a botched drug sale has failed in his attempt to conceal his identity since the claimed victim is still in critical condition and is not expected to live.

After spending the previous 48 hours behind bars, Jaden Anthony Martinovich, 18, was granted bail and freed from Hakea Prison on Wednesday. He was accused with gravely injuring a young guy in North Perth after the two were said to have struggled over a blade.

On Wednesday, Martinovich made his second straight appearance via audio visual connection in Perth Magistrates Court. His parents Kelly and Levi Martinovich were there to support him.

Mrs. Martinovich was a well-known aerobics performer in the 1980s and 1990s. She appeared in the Channel 10 television programme Aerobics Oz Style, which aired more than 6000 episodes over the course of 23 years, from 1995 to 2005.

She is referred to as “Australia’s top personal trainer” in a fitness magazine.

The West Australian claimed that according to the prosecution, police obtained dashcam audio from Martinovich’s vehicle on the alleged incident night when he is accused of purchasing a bag of sea salt while pretending it was the narcotic meth.

Knowing that I cut some ccritical …’s organs, I’m going to sleep like a baby tonight. The tapes, according to the police, show Martinovich saying, “It’s wonderful, enjoy doing that.”

Prior to travelling to a parking lot close to Bourke Street with two teenage companions, Martinovich reportedly set up a narcotics transaction with the victim on social media.

The victim is accused by police prosecutors of leaving his two accomplices inside the vehicle while driving away after a brief talk.

Martinovich is accused of having pursued the vehicle, opened the driver’s door, and ordered the victim to out.

The 17-year-old youngster was then allegedly stabbed in the heart by the man.

Martinovich was given stringent bail after posting $25,000 in cash as well as a $100,000 surety.

Magistrate Richard Huston said in court that he would not renew a suppression order to keep Martinovich’s identity hidden because there was “no legal basis” for doing so.

However, he did prolong the suppression order that prevented the victim’s identify from being published, which he said he did out of respect for his family.

On September 14, the case will be brought back before the judge.
