“I’m A Celebrity South Africa” spin-off show has caused a stir among viewers who are disappointed with the changes made to the original format.
The show, hosted by Ant and Dec, was launched on Monday, April 24, and features past contestants of the show.
Unlike the original show, the all-star version is pre-recorded and celebrities are already chosen instead of the public voting.
Angry viewers feel that they are unable to decide who should participate in the brutal trials.

The First Eating Trial
On Tuesday’s episode, viewers saw the show’s first eating trial, which featured Jordan Banjo and Janice Dickinson competing.
The celebrities were tasked with eating various animal parts and internal organs to win stars for the camp.
Janice managed to complete three courses and won three stars for the camp.
While Jordan ate pigs’ anus and other animal genitalia, and they both bagged a total of five stars for the camp.

Several viewers expressed their confusion about the new format, wondering how trials work when they are pre-recorded.
One viewer said that it would have been much better if viewers could vote, while another described the show as “strange without the vote.”
Some viewers were also unhappy about the show airing in April instead of December when it usually does.
