The matriculation ceremony for the 2022/2023 academic session of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has been scheduled to hold on Friday, March 31, 2023, at 10 am sharp in the auditorium located at Rumuolumeni Campus.

The IAUE Matriculation Ceremony is a mandatory event for all newly admitted students.
However, to be assigned Matriculation Numbers, students must complete all registration formalities before the ceremony and pay all necessary fees.
Fresh students are required to pay a fee of #6,000 for the Matriculation Gown, and payments must be made online to Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni PortHarcourt.
It is important to complete registration formalities and pay school fees before the deadline; otherwise, a student’s admission into the University will be forfeited.
Any student who fails to register before the IAUE Matriculation Ceremony will cease to be a student of the University as no registration will be allowed thereafter.
All Academic Gowns collected must be returned to the Faculty Officers. Defaulters will be made to pay a penalty of #500.00 only per day.
Only students who present evidence of payment for the Matriculation Gown will be allowed to sign the Matriculation Register.
Unsigned Matriculation Numbers will not be recognized by the University for official documentation.
Part-time students can obtain their gowns from the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) at the St John’s Diobu Campus.
