Mahi Noor, age 25, and Kieran McHugh, age 31, are suspected of murdering Adbi Khader Adan, age 32, in the Lea Bridge Hotel in Leyton on August 22, 2021, following an argument.

CCTV footage shows Mr. Adan fleeing out of Noor’s room with blood spurting from his neck after being stabbed in the neck by Noor.

He passed away at the Royal London Hospital at 6:22 p.m. that day.

Both Noor and McHugh, both of London’s Waltham Road, deny murder allegations.

CCTV footage captured the suspected murderers concealing the purported murder weapon in bushes, the Old Bailey was told.

The court heard that Noor denied perverting the course of justice by attempting to conceal the knife in bushes, but McHugh admits the charge.

Mahi Noor, 25, and Kieran McHugh, 31, are charged with the 2021 murder of Adbi Khader Adan (shown).London's Old Bailey (pictured) heard Mr Adan was stabbed in the neck in Noor’s room and CCTV footage shows him running out with blood spurting from his neck

Adan allegedly attempted to purchase cannabis and cocaine from Noor while residing at the hostel, which provides housing for individuals for whom authorities are searching for homes.

Text texts disclosed Adan stated that he would “break” Noor’s head before adding, “I’ll strip you of your small pack.” N****z dnt want beef, they vegetarian.’

Prosecutor Gareth Patterson KC stated that the victim was attacked after entering a tiny room with the defendants.

In the room were simply the three of them.

‘After six and a half minutes, he fled the room with a fatal knife wound. He had been pierced in the neck.

Together, the two defendants fled the site of the crime. They are also accused of attempting to discard their murder weapon.

“Adbi Adam resided in room nine of the hostel,” Since July of the previous year, he had been there for less than a month.

The hostel provided housing for local authorities that wanted to find homes for individuals.

The stabbing occurred on a Sunday afternoon, but tensions between the victim and the first defendant, Noor, had risen prior to the incident.

Mr. Adan was stabbed in the neck in Noor’s room, and CCTV footage shows him fleeing out with blood spurting from his neck, according to the Old Bailey in London.

The court heard that Adan attempted to obtain cannabis and cocaine from Noor via text messaging.

On August 11, the two men reportedly argued late into the night, with the victim threatening to “bust” Noor’s head.

Mr. Adan answered, “Remain silent and do not involve the police. The manliness of your words make my brain explode.

Noor stated, “Allow them all to speak.” Forget about you, time-wasting bro.

Mr. Adan stated, “I will rob you of your small bag. N****z dnt want beef, they vegetarian.’

Noor: ‘I beg you try bro. When you ready bro. Keep talking, I don’t have time for that.’

Then, Adan texted Noor “don’t diss my mom” and “let’s take a walk outside the hostel and I’ll show you if I don’t walk the talk.”

Mr. Patterson stated, “The prosecution’s case is that the dispute between Noor and Adan precipitated Adan’s assault.”

Just prior to entering Noor’s room, Noor’s friend McHugh had a 18-minute conversation with him.

Before Adan entered, he had been in Noor’s room for 30 minutes. McHugh must have been aware of the ongoing and intensifying dispute during this time frame.

The prosecution claims that Noor asked McHugh to assist him by joining him.

Adan fled the room, leaving a trail of blood in his wake. A site manager discovered him, and Adan requested that an ambulance be called. The individual in room 122 stabbed me.’

The proceeding continues.
