Heidi Klum, 49, and her husband Tom Kaulitz discuss having a child

Heidi Klum is willing to consider having a child with her husband Tom Kaulitz.

In Thursday’s broadcast of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” when playing “Ja or Ne” with her guest, Jennifer Hudson said, “Would you ever have another child?”

According to Klum, her desire for a fifth kid varies from day to day.

She used the German terms for “yes” and “no” to make a joke: “Sometimes it’s like ne, ja, ne, ja.”

Parenting, according to the 49-year-old model, is “a lot,” adding, “I’ve done it four times. Then I breastfed for eight months each time, followed by three consecutive pregnancies.”

After sharing the ages of her four children with Hudson — Leni, 18, Henry, 17, Johan, 16, and Lou, 13 — Klum chose “ja” as her final response.

“I’ve waited a long time, so perhaps,” the former “Project Runway” contestant remarked as the audience applauded.

In 2004, Klum became a mother when she gave birth to Leni. Leni was conceived by the “America’s Got Talent” judge and tycoon Flavio Briatore, but she had moved on to Seal by the time she was born.

The 59-year-old “Kiss From a Rose” singer adopted the infant child. After having Henry, Johan, and Lou, he and Klum separated in 2012.

While Klum continued her relationships with bodyguard Martin Kirsten and art curator Vito Schnabel, she married Kaulitz in 2019.

In 2022, she gushed that the 33-year-old guitarist has been “amazing” with his stepchildren.

She told Us Weekly at the time, “I’m sure it’s not easy to step into an immediate family, having four kids and teenagers all at once.”

“They were certainly easier when they were little. Every age has its difficulties.”

Klum mentioned that Kaulitz taught Leni and Henry how to drive and described their relationship as “beautiful.”
