The Academic Board of the Kaduna State Polytechnic (KADPOLY) would like to invite all Students and the General Public to the Matriculation Ceremony for the 2021/2022 academic session.
Date: October 6th, 2022
Time: 8:30am
Convocation Square, Main Campus, Kaduna State Polytechnic (KADPOLY), Tundun Wada, Kaduna.
These pupils should complete the exercise:
All HND 1 All HND 2 (Direct)
KPT Diploma
All ND 1sNCE TECH / SPECIAL NEEDS
NOTE:
Notify all parties involved and the general public that this matriculation activity marks the end of admissions for the academic year 2021/22.
Reminding all new students that their entrance is conditional till they graduate.
This means that they must be physically present at the commencement ceremony on October 6, 2022.
Appearance by proxy will not be accepted.
All students who are graduating must obtain their matriculation oath forms and academic gown loan forms from their respective departments.
The academic gowns must be collected from the Academic Affairs Division, Central Administration, upon payment of merely N200 (two hundred naira) to the Kaduna Polytechnic Micro Finance Bank.
Only properly completed matriculation oath forms will be accepted at the site of the matriculation exercise.
Failure to submit the form at the venue will result in the student’s automatic exclusion from the event.
