During her college years, Elif received an email from one of her professors and mentors, presenting her with a remarkable opportunity.
She was invited to experience the judging process for the 2021 Clio Entertainment Awards.
Recognizing the significance of this chance, Elif wasted no time in applying and was fortunate to be chosen among hundreds of applicants.
This experience proved to be a turning point in her career, setting her on a path toward success.
From Internship to Production Coordinator at Tiny Hero
Elif’s journey took another significant turn when she secured an internship at the renowned Clio Awards.
It was through this connection that she eventually found herself at Tiny Hero, a prominent marketing agency specializing in films.
With her unwavering determination and hard work, Elif earned the role of Production Coordinator, responsible for managing the marketing projects of several top titles, including the highly anticipated new Marvel movies and the upcoming “Avatar” film.

In early 2023, a devastating earthquake struck Turkey, affecting the homes of her mother’s side of the family.
